Measure the decoded stream, including the encoder’s effect.
How it works
Displays momentary, short-term and integrated loudness, LRA, current and maximum true peak, plus history. The LUFS reference is visual; reset starts only a new measurement session. The observer has its own buffer and is not sample-synchronized with the player or PCM monitor.

Use and limits
Results depend on the selected profile, source material, input level and distribution chain. Listen at matched loudness and check output after the codec before keeping a preset.
